No Butts. Quitting Smoking and Vaping

Would you like to help your patients quit smoking ? This interactive workshop is specifically designed for dentists, OHT’s and hygienists.

Description

Once you know that your patient smokes, following up with a friendly offer of help has the biggest impact on whether or not they try to quit. The 3-step Brief Advice model for Smoking Cessation (Ask, Advise, Help) is a simple model that makes smoking cessation conversations manageable and effective. It  enables health professionals to connect patients to best-practice cessation care: advice, behavioural intervention, and pharmacotherapy, if clinically appropriate.

This interactive workshop is specifically designed for dentists, OHT’s and hygienists.
