Dr Kaejenn Tchia graduated from James Cook University (BDS) in 2018. In 2020, he burnt out only 18 months into his career suffering chronic stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Feeling stuck, he underwent a profound personal development journey under the guidance of some mentors, who helped provide mindset tools and strategies to overcome his burnout and rediscover fulfillment in his career.
Following this transformation, Kaejenn launched The Limitless Dentist, a motivation coaching company that aims to help dental professionals overcome burnout and unlock the fulfilling dental career of their dreams. His mission is to destigmatise and normalise the everyday mental struggles dental professionals face so they begin to equip themselves to live healthy and thriving careers and lives.
Kaejenn currently practices in private practice in Darwin, Northern Territory.
